Unit 1.Internet and other addictions

In our first class ,we were discussing about why is the use of internet consider as an addiction ,according to pyschological studies ,it is an addicttion since nowdays people spend several hours surfing the net or using the social media,the result of  studies showed that it is difficult mostly for young people to stay away from the internet because they used it as a way to escape problems or avoid negative mood, but experts had also observed that it interfers with the process of socialization.
It is important to point out that the internet can be a useful tool when it comes to work.
